Apprentice finalist Rachel Woolford owns a boutique fitness studio, North Studio, with locations in her native Leeds as well as Harrogate.

Contrastingly the 'wellness centre' - for some workouts but also therapies and massage treatments - is well lit from outside with white walls and mirrors to provide a very natural and bright environment North Studio also boasts a 'refuel centre' offering 'the best recipes for low-calorie replenishment, pre-workout energy boosts and protein packed muscle repair'
