The illustrious Nobu Hotel in London's Portman Square is nestled within the refined Marylebone district, stone's throw away from both Mayfair and Soho, where room rates commence at a cool £399 per night, escalating beyond £700 for the more lavish suites. However, it's perhaps most infamous as the site of Boris Becker's notorious 2003 tryst with a Russian model working there, an event that led to the dissolution of his marriage and nearly £20 million in divorce costs, not to mention maintenance for his unexpected daughter, who he recently confessed was conceived 'on the stairs - not in the broom cupboard'.
