Many soap stars, from Emmerdale and Coronation Street to EastEnders, have completely changed their lifestyle over the years and made some dramatic body transformations
Lorraine starred on EastEnders as Karen Taylor - who wa s often spotted in oversized shirts and tracksuit bottoms - since 2017 but confirmed in 2023 that her contract on BBC was not to be renewed. Coronation Street actor Colson Smith- AKA Craig Tinker - has lost over five stone since 2016 after kickstarting his body transformation with a healthy diet and fitness regime. Letitia Dean, who has played Sharon Watts on EastEnders on-and-off since 1985, having been at the centre of a love triangle with brothers Phil and Grant Mitchell, the landlady at the Queen Vic to recently having an affair with young Keanu Taylor.
