Radio and TV personality Roman Kemp has been very open about his mental health struggles, including suicidal thoughts, but he has also faced physical health battles
The former Capital FM presenter, 31, has talked candidly about his suicidal thoughts, being on anti-depressants and also the death of his dear friend, Joe Lyons, who took his own life in 2020, also aged 31. Opening up about the potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts,he revealed he had needed to wear an oxygen mask at night time. Speaking about his love life on the Diary of a CEO podcast, Roman shared: "It's one of the reasons, to be totally honest with you, that I don't really date English girls, ever.
