And while many have been watching the Manchester City midfielder's footwork, some eagle-eyed fans have noticed Phil's recognisable tattoos- one of them featuring four words going vertically up the side of his neck. The Football Association announced on Wednesday, 26 June, that Foden left the England team’s Spa and Golf Resort Weimarer Land base to attend to “a pressing family matter”. “Phil Foden has temporarily left the England camp and returned to the UK for a pressing family matter,” an FA spokesperson said.
