As well as having Junior, 18, and Princess with ex-wife Katie Price, Peter also shares a daughter, Amelia, 10, and Theo, 7. The 51 year old, who once previously said "he didn't want to be changing nappies over 50", has also mentioned other parenting rules he sticks by with Emily including strict bedtime routines, having a rota where someone is always at home, encouraging healthy eating and being mindful of screen times. Cai does offer some words of wisdom though when it comes to eating habits - admitting that a healthy snack is beneficial - but it’s also worth looking at why the children needs to graze in the first place.
