Merseyside born Sam has a passion for supporting her hometown businesses so sourced a local mum of four, who began baking in lockdown to boost her income, to make the spectacular Victoria sponge cake. Baby number three may not be entirely off the table for Sam and TomIt’s clear the couple, who have been together for more than ten years, take huge pleasure in being parents, sharing the childcare and ups and downs of being a mum and dad.
