On the day Matthew Perry died, his live-in personal assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa—the man who discovered the actor in the hot tub—administered his first ketamine shot of the morning at around 8:30 a.m., according to a plea agreement he signed. “These defendants took advantage of Mr. Perry’s addiction issues to enrich themselves,” Martin Estrada, the United States attorney for the Central District of California, said at a news conference on Thursday.
