Inside Matt LeBlanc's two years of grief: Star has battled with the loss of four friends in quick succession - amid concerns he's 'unravelling' in the wake of Matthew Perry's death

Over recent weeks there have been very real concerns for the general wellbeing of Matt LeBlanc , the man responsible for bringing Joey to life.

LeBlanc, 57, has became increasingly reclusive following the sudden death of former Friends co-star Matthew Perry, who drowned in the hot-tub of his rented mansion after an overdose of medical anesthetic ketamine on October 28, 2023, aged just 54. LeBlanc had left his role on BBC show Top Gear some two years before German motor racing driver Sabine Schmitz died in March 2021 after battling 'an extremely persistent cancer' Top Gear subsequently aired a 30-minute special in honour of Schmitz, featuring appearances from LeBlanc, Freddie Flintoff, Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinnes in addition to former presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, James May and Rory Reid.
