The Queen of Pop will ring in her 66th birthday on Friday and has decided to throw a lavish do at am ampitheatre on Pompeii.
A source told The Sun: 'Madonna is living her life to the absolute full and has spent a fortune on this birthday bash to celebrate with her nearest and dearest. Around 500 A-list guests are expected to attend, possibly including Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom who are already on holiday in the area.
