Karen – whose first husband was fellow Strictly star Kevin Clifton – shared the photo to her Instagram Stories and captioned it simply with a heart drawing. Simon was pictured driving Karen from the Strictly final, The Sun reported at the time. According to the publication, Simon is based in Manchester and works as a senior sports marketing manager for Adidas.
