The monumental step is no doubt bittersweet for Jessica, who called the property her 'dream house' and opened up about all the renovations done to transform it into the perfect place for her family in a 2019 interview with Architectural Digest. Jessica and Cash are both single now after splitting up late last year, with the Good Luck Chuck star filing for divorce in February. Like his wife, Warren has found success as an entrepreneur after launching his underwear and sock company, Pair of Thieves, valued at around $100 million.
