Former hellraiser and Jackass icon Steve-O shocked fans recently when he revealed he was leaving Hollywood behind for a simple and rustic life in Tennessee.
Steve-O, who was born Stephen Glover, has traded in his high-octane TV pranks which included firing explosives into his face and getting a lobster to pinch his tongue, for a cozy ranch life complete with an animal sanctuary In the past few years, a slew of Hollywood stars have ditched California and moved their families elsewhere in the U.S. and across the world amid the increase in taxes and high crime rates in the Golden State. According to two well-placed insiders, Stewart grew tired of what he sees as the 'toxic' culture in Los Angeles - where he feels that he has 'no privacy' - and has chosen to return full-time to his home in the UK to support his wife Penny Lancaster and their sons, who no longer want to deal with the 'nuisance' of traveling.
