Tommy Walsh, the lovable builder and TV presenter known for his stint on Homes Under The Hammer, will forever be remembered for his role in Ground Force, the iconic garden makeover show. Tommy, ever the perfectionist, shared his side of the story with Radio Times, saying: "Call me picky if you like but I like my Ground Force gardens to be pristine when we finish them. With relatives having battled the disease, he didn't brush it off and consulted a doctor, ending up being referred to a specialist at Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel where his sister had previously undergone surgery at just 31.
