Inside BBC Breakfast host Charlie Stayt's off-screen life from megabucks salary to high-flyer wife

BBC Breakfast host Charlie Stayt is a familiar face to millions, but less is known about his life away from the spotlight with his wife and two children.

He shot to fame as a presenter on the BBC's morning news show in 2006 but he also runs his own TV and broadcasting company, Stayt Limited, with his wife Anne, who he tied the knot with in 1995. Charlie spent a decade at ITN, both as a correspondent and presenter, before being snapped up by Sky News, where he hosted live reality TV shows Jailbreak and Are You Telepathic? The family reportedly live in Twickenham, South West London, where Anne and Charlie own a lavish £2.3million four-bedroom home, which they snapped up back in 2002 for a cool £800k.
