Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden, who has bravely faced her own health challenges including Crohn's disease and breast cancer, received an MBE from the King at Buckingham Palace today (18 February). Prior to starting her cancer treatment, doctors warned that it would cause early menopause, prompting her to undergo an egg retrieval procedure to preserve the possibility of having children with her partner, Ben Jones, in the future.
