Inside 'heated call' that 'split' Prince William and Prince Harry's households
Prince William and Prince Harry went their separate ways when it came to their households, as they struggled to see eye-to-eye on a number of issues including Harry's relationship
The contentious call is described in Robert's Battle of the Brothers as concluding with Prince Harry reportedly hanging up on William, who had accused Meghan of being "hostile," to the monarchy, hinting she might have had plans to abandon the institution and move back to the US from the outset. According to a Page Six article, a human resources complaint lodged by communications assistant Jason Knauf in 2018 purportedly stated, "I am very concerned that the Duchess was able to bully two PAs out of the household in the past year." However, in his autobiography Spare, Harry countered the accusations, asserting that his spouse "checked on staff who were ill, sent baskets of food or flowers or goodies to anyone struggling, depressed, off sick."
