Heavily pregnant influencer Sarah's Day is preparing for her final stages of pregnancy and is just days away from giving birth to her third child.

And the 32-year-old Sydney-based YouTuber, whose real name is Sarah Stevenson, revealed the steps she's following to ensure her baby boy is in the 'optimal birth position'. Sarah and Kurt currently share two children sons Fox Ocean, five, and Malakai Koa, two, and she has spoken openly in the past about her hormonal problems and how difficult it's been for her to conceive. 'We can't wait to meet you gorgeous baby,' she wrote in her Instagram caption, before adding that the moment she found out she was pregnant had been uploaded to her YouTube account.
