Influencer Sarah's Day opens up on her 'debilitating' and 'painful' pregnancy struggles as she details health condition
The Aussie influencer, 31, whose real name is Sarah Stevenson, took to Instagram on Friday to discuss her struggles with symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD).
SPD refers to the uncomfortable symptoms felt when the joint between the pelvic bones moves more than usual, causing discomfort and persistent pain. Sarah, who is set to welcome her third child in October, said she suffered with SPD during her first two pregnancies with sons Fox Ocean, five, and Malakai Koa, two.
