Influencer reveals the shocking new scam targeting Aussie social media stars to collect their highly personal information
Comedian Ash Williams has urged Aussie influencers to be diligent after he was targeted by an email scam.
The media personality said he was contacted by Welch's alleged manager Stefan, who offered him $2,000USD to appear as a guest on an episode of Jennifer's podcast via Facebook live. Stefan later emailed back asking for a Zoom meeting to be arranged to ensure Ash's Facebook is set for the live event. The manager offered Ash $2,000USD to appear as a guest on an episode of Jennifer's podcast via Facebook live, but then tried to gain access to his personal information
