Laura Meritt Walker told her followers about the passing of her son, Callahan, whom she nicknamed "Cal-Bear", on her lifestyle blog, Merritt and Style. Laura, who creates content about fashion and family life with her sister Cristie, described her son's shock death as a "tragic accident," without going into more detail. In her emotional post, she wrote: "We are completely broken-hearted to share that we lost our precious Callahan in a tragic accident last week," and confessed, "He was such a blessing and brought so much joy to our whole family."
