A representative for La Défense Arena in Paris issued a statement amid fan outrage that an infant would be allowed on the ground like that. The rep told Page Six that the “general terms and conditions of sale stipulate that all minors (without any age limit) holding a ticket for a concert at Paris La Défense arena must be accompanied by an adult.
