India’s Hansal Mehta, Vinod Bhanushali Strike Three-Film Deal (EXCLUSIVE)
Acclaimed Indian filmmaker Hansal Mehta's True Story Films and Vinod Bhanushali's Bhanushali Studios Limited have inked a three-picture pact.
The collaboration marks a significant move for the Indian production houses as they aim to deliver culturally resonant content across language barriers. Bhanushali Studios, which earlier this year hired Sony veteran Neeraj Vyas as CEO, has made its mark with notable titles including “Janhit Mein Jaari,” “Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai,” “ Main Atal Hoon ” and “Bhaiyya Ji.” The company also invested in the recently launched True Story Films. The companies are keeping mum on additional creative partners, cast details, directors, and production schedules, with further announcements expected in the coming months.
