“In retrospect, we probably should have felt more pressure to make a great follow-up record because we have this hit single right now,” Boyd, 47, tells Rolling Stone. Boyd talked to us about the album, the upcoming tour, their new bassist, Nicole Row, and bringing Lizzo onstage at the Hollywood Bowl. The original video for “Wish You Were Here” featured the band running from screaming fans and jumping off a bridge à la the Monkees in Head.
