She previously made her Olympic debut in 2021 at the Tokyo Games and is a vocal advocate for topics like body image and inclusion both on and off the field. Following her Olympic success, Ilona traded her cleats for heels on season 33 of Dancing With the Stars, finishing in second place with pro partner Alan Bersten.
