Ilana Glazer Sets Hulu Stand-Up Special ‘Human Magic’
Ilana Glazer has set a new stand-up comedy special titled 'Human Magic' at Hulu.
“Human Magic” was taped at the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre in Toronto in May of this year during Glazer’s 48-city tour across the U.S. and Canada. This is their second stand-up special, following “Ilana Glazer: The Planet Is Burning,” which debuted on Amazon Prime Video in 2020 and saw them discuss their “thoughts on homophobes and Nazis, how crappy women’s razors are and what a joke the patriarchy is.” In film, Glazer’s credits include co-writing and starring in Pamela Adlon’s 2024 comedy “Babes” and John Lee’s 2021 horror “False Positive.” They also played roles in “Broad City” executive producers Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs’ 2017 movie “Rough Night,” Season 1 of Apple TV+’s “The Afterparty” and both seasons of Netflix’s “Green Eggs and Ham” series.
