Matthew admitted that whilst he is 'very proud' to have become part of a national catchphrase, his real name is in fact something different.
The former Game For a Laugh host is gearing up to star opposite Loose Women panellist Denise Welch, 65, in a production of The Gap at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester but even she was left shocked by the revelation. Introduced to the stage as 'the original Britney Spears', Denise didn't manage to win her edition of the show but revealed that a camera mishap kept the audience waiting after she went through the famous double doors for her transformation.
