The rapper - real name Isis Naija Gaston - has already denied using the weight loss drug after her slimmed down frame sparked speculation she was the latest celebrity using Ozempic.
Ice Spice's former friend Cleotrapa alleged the Barbie World rapper was using Ozempic as the duo became embroiled in a heated feud online. The chicken salad debacle was just one of many issues Cleotrapa discussed in her videos, and Ice Spice subsequently hit back at her complaints on X Space. 'We beatin them allegations bae [red-heart emoji],' captioned Ice Spice as her hit, BB Belt, played overtop the clip.
