The Ibiza Weekender star, 30, has revealed she was rushed to hospital after being stuck down by a mystery illness in Bolton on Tuesday.
She shared a video of the romantic moment and a series of photographs of herself of Matt celebrating their engagement, less than a year after they went public with their on-off relationship. Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Ellie shared a video of Matt's romantic proposal, which saw him cover a room in the house in tealight candles and draped red material as he transformed it into 'Mattnagerie'. Her now-husband-to-be chose Ariana Grande's song Stuck With U to accompany the moment and Ellie could be seen in floods of tears as Matt got down on one knee to propose.
