Ian Wright emotionally confirms death of his brother weeks after losing friend: ‘It’s been a tough summer’

Ian Wright grew emotional as he discussed the death of his brother and his former teammate in a new podcast.

Former Arsenal player Ian Wright fought back tears as he opened up about the death of his brother, as well as his close friend. Ian’s brother and his former teammate Kevin both died within a few weeks of each other this summer. Kevin, who played alongside Ian at Arsenal, died at the age of 54 back in June due to multi-organ failure caused by a heart infection.
