I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! star Tulisa has been open about her health battles, including a heartbreaking condition that has seen her tear at her face

She recalls one particular instance, writing: "One on occasion, when my mum was having a particularly bad day, I shut myself in the bathroom and began scratching and picking at a tiny little spot on my chin. Tulisa, whose mum has schizoaffective disorder - a mix of schizophrenia and bipolar - says her skin picking went on for "years", with the last major episode in 2010. She added: "As far as I was concerned, it was just something I did to escape from my mum, but it got so bad that eventually I was tearing into my face with nail clippers and tweezers, just to get at any minute blemish or invisible little bump under my skin.
