I'm A Celeb's Oti Mabuse hits back at claims she's abandoned daughter, 1, for the jungle

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Oti Mabuse is leaving her daughter behind in the UK but says she's determined to make her proud

Oti Mabuse has opened up about her decision to join I'm A Celebrity, revealing that she sees this as the perfect time to take on the challenge as she looks to expand her family and create memories her daughter can be proud of. The 34-year-old Strictly Come Dancing sensation shared that it was a significant choice to head to Australia and spend a month away from her little girl, aged one, but she and her husband Marius Iepure are ready for the adventure. After the birth of her daughter - whose name they have never revealed - there were times when the baby wouldn't eat, so leaving her in the UK to head to Australia less than a year after her recovery is a significant step.
