Melvin Odoom has taken to social media to show off his dramatic body transformation following his time in the Australian jungle for I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
The 44-year-old presenter and radio DJ has returned to the UK following his stint in the Australian wilderness, where he had to endure small meals and bizarre concoctions as part of the infamous Bushtucker trials. The BBC Radio host shared: "Lost some pounds, gained some abs...highly recommend the rice and beans jungle diet. Although it seemed all in good fun, Dean brought it up at the reunion, albeit with a twist of humour: "I love how the whole Houdini popped off; the memes were brilliant."
