I’m A Celeb's Alan Halsall’s famous ex to make appearance in rival soap

Actress Lucy-Jo Hudson, who was previously in a relationship with I'm A Celebrity's Alan Halsall, has been cast in a hit BBC soap Casualty for a special Christmas episode

She will be making a guest appearance in the hit medical drama, alongside Tristan Sturrock, Joseph Charles, Zoe Brough, Katy Carmichael and Valerie Antwi, in addition to the usual Casualty regulars. The BBC has teased the "innovative new special" as a "tribute to the miracle of blood", saying it is brought to life with all of the "tension and emotional depth" that Casualty viewers are familiar with. Whilst Stevie (Elinor Lawless) fights to save lives, Iain (Michael Stevenson) risks his own to ensure the hospital doesn't go without."
