The 39 year old star, who famously won Big Brother back in 2010, revealed her stunning transformation on Instagram at the time, as she showcased the fruits of her labour. She went on a weight loss journey in 2019 (Image: Jonathan Hordle/REX/Shutterstock) Opening up about how exactly she had gone about overhauling her life, the This Morning presenter revealed she had healthily slimmed down with the help of @dotheunthinkableuk, (now known as @goalplansmf) who had provided her with pre-prepared meals and snacks, while issuing training plans to follow to help boost her fitness levels. The star even went on to release two fitness DVDs in the same year, before Josie underwent a tummy tuck procedure in 2016 to remove excess skin from her stomach following her weight loss.
