Hulu Signs First-Look Deal With Journalist & Documentarian Jennings Brown
Hulu has signed a first-look deal with Jennings Brown, a documentary producer, podcaster, journalist, and founder of the production company Nocturne.
Brown’s first investigative podcast “The Gateway: Teal Swan” was adapted into the docuseries The Deep End for Freeform in 2022. “Revelations” followed Brown’s three years of reporting on allegations of sex abuse and trafficking within the Fellowship of Friends, an elite spiritual group, known for its award-winning winery. Previously, Brown worked as a senior reporter at Gizmodo and as an editor at Esquire.
