Hugh Jackman ’s estranged wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, filed for divorce from the actor more than one year after they announced their separation, Us Weekly can confirm. Furness’ lawyer Elena Karabatos filed a series of docs that signified the exes had hashed out their divorce details behind closed doors after announcing their breakup in September 2023. “Hugh and Deborra-Lee’s separation has been stressful, hard and not fully amicable,” a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly, noting that the exes had disagreements about “certain” things after their split.
