Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins really threw all 15 celebs in at the deep end and resulted in one of the stars quitting less than an hour into the very first challenge

Channel 4 is billing this as the toughest series yet of their brutal reality show Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins – and the condition of the stars on their flights home from New Zealand suggests they are spot on! The ex-Special Forces soldiers put the celebs through their pacesThose tasks include rescuing a hostage from a derelict house by shooting their captor, pulling a very heavy sledge up a mountain while weighed down with an even heavier backpack, completing a route march in sub-zero temperatures and abseiling down the side of one of the highest dams in the Southern Hemisphere. Actor and musical theatre performer John says his career nosedived after allegations of lewd behaviour and admits, “I wanted this SAS course to help me push through and allow people watching to see the person I really am.”
