Huge change coming to reality TV as influencers turn down roles because producers demand they hand over passwords and very personal details: 'We don't feel safe'


Influencers are reportedly turning down roles to appear as cast in top-rating reality TV shows like Married at First Sight and Australian Survivor.

According to insiders, Instagram and TikTok stars are rejecting major offers because of tough contracts that may compromise their earning power and demands from producers to hand over passwords to their social media accounts. 'Over the past few weeks there has been a high volume of selected cast turning around and saying they have changed their mind and are no longer interested in taking part in these [kind of] shows,' an insider revealed to Yahoo Lifestyle. Influencers are reportedly turning down roles to appear as cast in top rating reality TV shows like Married at First Sight (pictured) and Australian Survivor.
