After watching 'Saturday Night' in theaters, viewers may wonder where to watch the first episode of 'SNL,' and it is streaming.
Saturday Night follows the 90 minutes leading up to SNL ’s first-ever broadcast on the evening of Oct. 11, 1975, ending just before all the cast were set to go on air. The inaugural sketch comedy episode featured George Carlin and musical guests Billy Preston and Janis Ian, and it can be found at the very beginning of the streamer’s SNL catalog. John Belushi, Michael O’Donaghue, Dan Aykroyd, Gilda Radner, Garrett Morris and Jane Curtin also appeared.
