In December 2022, Dion first announced to fans that she was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition called Stiff-Person Syndrome, which causes painful spasms and muscle stiffness. The film runs just over one and a half hours and features behind-the-scenes footage from Dion's life including physical therapy visits and exclusive interviews.
