The eight-episode limited series is adapted from the best-selling book by Laurence Leamer titled Capote’s Women: A True Story of Love, Betrayal, and a Swan Song for an Era. Looking for a new story, Capote decides to write about the sordid lives of the elite high-society women in his social circle, whom he calls swans.
