How Ryan Gosling pulled off his Oscar-worthy "I'm Just Ken" performance at the Academy Awards.
After all the protracted speculation about whether Gosling would perform “I’m Just Ken” at the Oscars, the news broke in late February that he had been confirmed for a song and dance extravaganza. “Ryan Gosling is a true professional, that man — we met with him on Zooms months ago, talking about that performance,” said Molly McNearney, who produced the show with Raj Kapoor, Katy Mullan and Rob Paine. The original “Barbie” movie actors including Simu Liu, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Ncuti Gatwa and Scott Evans would be added to the team a mere days before the final performance.
