Now a former royal butler, Grant Harrold, has offered his insight into how he thinks the family plans to honour the beloved monarch away from the public eye on Sunday, 21 April. Speaking on behalf of Slingo, Grant reveals that while the Royal Family won't hold public celebrations, they will come together in private to quietly acknowledge the late Queen's birthday. Grant vividly remembers watching as the Queen dashed down the corridor, prompting him to follow suit, albeit in a more restrained manner befitting his role as a butler.
