A source tells ET, "Kylie and Timothée like to do low-key date nights and keep their relationship under the radar in order to feel some sense of normalcy. According to the insider, the pair's choice to stay out of the public eye -- having only made one big appearance together at the Golden Globes earlier this year-- is about privacy more than anything.
