The beloved actor - who recently weathered a backlash in the wake of Donald Trump's victory over Kamala Harris - is also set to star alongside Adam Sandler and Laura Dern in an upcoming film by director Noah Baumbach. The smitten star noted that their shared passion for equality, philanthropy and humanitarian causes - the couple work jointly on human rights organization Clooney Foundation for Justice (CFJ) - has only served to strengthen their relationship.
