Demi Moore's new film, The Substance, has been a hit with critics since it premiered at Cannes - but the Hollywood actress faced a number of health battles during the shoot

However, the real-life horror for Demi extended beyond the screen; The LA Times reports that the star endured some truly daunting personal trials, including losing a staggering 20 pounds during filming. The movie's director, Coralie Fargeat, is known for pushing actors to their limits, and Bruce Willis' ex-wife, now 61, reflected on the demanding shoot, saying: "To give you an idea of the intensity, my first week that I actually had off...I got shingles." Highlighting who's at risk, experts stress: "While rarely life-threatening, shingles can be dangerous for certain groups, including anyone who is pregnant and not had chickenpox before, patients undergoing chemotherapy, and babies under a month old.
