Season 3 of the Fox reality series returns on Wednesday, January 8, with 16 new recruits including Stephen Baldwin, Denise Richards, former NFL star Cam Newton and two former Bachelorettes, Trista Sutter and Ali Fedotowsky. “I feel like this will give me such a good perspective on what I want out of life [and] get back to the real me,” she shared on a November 2024 episode of iHeartRadio’s “Almost Famous” podcast.
