EXCLUSIVE: Raven Banner has added Neon Noir films Brute 1976 and Garden of Eden to its Cannes Film Market slate.

EXCLUSIVE: Toronto-based genre sales specialist Raven Banner has added Neon Noir horror pics Brute 1976 and Garden of Eden to its Cannes Film Market slate. Brute 1976 from director Marcel Walz ( That’s a Wrap, Pretty Boy) is marketed as a throwback to horror classics such as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and follows a group of friends who stumble upon the desert town Savage while looking for a spot to set their latest photo shoot, only to meet the depraved, mask-wearing Birdy family, who begin hunting them down one by one. Walz, Knetter and French, who lead Neon Noir, produced both films, following on from their 2023 horror That’s a Wrap.
