Horror Comedy ‘Easter Bloody Easter’ Acquired by Gravitas Ventures (EXCLUSIVE)
The horror comedy 'Easter Bloody Easter' has been acquired by Gravitas Ventures for a March 26 VOD release.
The film is the directorial debut of Diane Foster, who will also star alongside Kelly Grant, Allison Lobel, Zuri Starks, D’Andre Noiré, Zachary Kanner, Miles Cooper and Gavin Lee. The film follows Jeanie (Foster), who, after discovering her husband missing and his car wrecked with blood and fur, embarks on a journey with her friend Carol to uncover the truth behind the town’s dark legend of the killer Jackalope — a shapeshifting human-rabbit hybrid that terrorized the area a century and a half ago. Recent Gravitas Venture releases include “Deep Fear,” “Slotherhouse,” “Padre Pio,” “Gringa,” “The Pez Outlaw,” “Downwind,” “Mack & Rita,” “The King’s Daughter,” “Queen Bees,” “Our Friend,” “Vanguard” and “The Secret: Dare to Dream.”
